What is in force is a horizontal hierarchy, with a leadership closer to the employees.  Every single team member enjoys the full confidence of our founding members, is autonomous in the management of working time, enjoys hourly flexibility and is never subject to forced vacations. In fact, EXALTECH does not schedule any general office closing periods throughout the year.  This allows each team member to take their vacations at any time of the year; as long as their position is covered.

We have created a stimulating and collaborative environment where each team member is free to promote their ideas and bring their personal and innovative vision of work in an atmosphere of total inclusion. We think of the active involvement of our team as the main criteria for the development of each application solution: every team member brings value to the company.

For this reason, the entire team participates in project meetings, contributes to the maturation of organizational decisions, undertakes training and refresher courses and benefits from corporate welfare initiatives.
